By accessing or using Fan Card Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fan Card Builder is a subscription-based web application that allows users to write messages, translate them into Korean, practice Korean handwriting, and create fan cards.

3. Subscription and Payments

The Service requires a paid subscription of $3.99 per month. A promotional price of $1.99 per month is available for subscriptions started before March 31, 2026. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save your progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or spam

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any messages or content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations or the availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
